.... I just wanted to say a big thank you to you & the drivers for the excellent service you provided when we were in Portugal two weeks ago.

Our day had got off to a bad start, the mini bus we ordered to collect us from home to Newcastle airport did not turn up and we ended up getting 3 taxi's to take us.

When we arrived in Portugal one of the suitcases didn't arrive, (it never did) and by this time we thought we were in for an unlucky holiday.

Our faith in human nature was restored when we came out into the arrivals hall and saw the drivers waiting for us, they were very patient to wait whilst my friend made enquiries about the missing luggage.

For our return flight they arrived at the exact time that they had arranged with us, the service was excellent
